What material are your products made of?

The majority of our products are made with 100% soft cotton with a tear away label, running true to size. Fibre content may vary for different colors.

How should I wash and dry my products? 

Each product comes with washing and drying instructions printed on the inside tearaway label. Make sure to follow these instructions carefully, always turn shirts inside out before washing. 

For the majority of our t-shirts:

Machine wash with warm water; non-chlorine: bleach as needed; Tumble dry: low heat; Iron, steam or dry: medium heat; Do not dry clean

We ensure that our products are durable and will not transform after the first wash, but use your best judgement when washing and drying. We are not responsible for any damage you cause through washing and drying. 

I received a faulty product, what can I do?

Email a picture of your product to antipopularpopularkids@gmail.com with your information and we will work with you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue at no extra cost to you. Please try to take several photos from different angles.

Please note that if you ordered outside of the USA we may not be able to resolve your issue. 

 

 

How long will it take to ship my order? 

As soon as you place your order you should get sent a confirmation email. In the meantime, it takes us typically 2-5 days to process your payment. As soon as your payment is processed your products are sent to production. Production turnaround varies but most orders are shipped within 1-5 business days from the date the production started. Because we ship USPS Mail, the expected delivery date after production turnaround is 7-10 businesses days*. Although this is expected, it is not guaranteed and can vary on your location or timing of ordering.

Long story short, it will typically take 2-3 weeks to receive your product(s).*

*Expected delivery dates based on shipping inside the United States, not including Hawaii or Alaska. Shipping to other countries may take longer than the expected delivery.

My discount code won't work!

If you receive an error message when entering your discount code such as "You do not qualify for this discount" or any other messages it could be for several reasons. Make sure you have entered the correct email that you signed up for the discount with during checkout. Some discount codes may have a limited number of uses or run for a limited amount of time, so there is a possibility that the code has expired.

Also, your discount code may not be accepted if you are eligible for the free shipping on orders over $50.00. While we wish that we could grant you both offers, please note that we have to make sure we cover all of our production costs. Depending on what and when you order, both free shipping and the coupon code may be honored, however.

How do I return or exchange an item?

All sales are final, but we will work with you case by case. Please contact us so we can further discuss the issue.

Are refunds offered? 

No, we do not offer any refunds on orders. If you received damaged or wrong items email a picture of your product to antipopularpopularkids@gmail.com with your information and we will work with you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue at no extra cost to you. Please try to take several photos from different angles.

I never received my order!

Don't worry, it may be because of your local postal offices. Allow for several days to pass beyond the expected date of delivery. Because we ship USPS Mail, the expected delivery date after production turnaround is 7-10 businesses days (production turnaround typically takes 1-5 business days. We do not begin production until your payment is processed, typically taking 2-5 days). Although this is expected, it is not guaranteed and can vary on your location or timing of ordering. Contact your local post office for further details and tracing. If further problems occur, please contact us and we will try to resolve your issue in a timely manner.

How do I become a brand ambassador or model for your brand? 

You can show off all of your favorite apparel and tag us on instagram @antipopularpopularkids to be featured on our social media and possibly our website! To become a brand ambassador or model, contact us through email and/or DM us on our social media platforms.

How can I work for Anti Popular Popular Kids or be an artist for the brand?

Currently, we are not in need of any new employees at the time. The majority of our graphic design is done in house, but we are always open to working with artists that share the same vision we do. We will only work with fixed costs, no percentages of profits. Contact us with your portfolio and any other details you feel the need to include. Please note that we are not usually seeking extra help.

Can I be featured on your social media or website?

Tag us in any photos of you wearing your favorite Anti Popular Popular Kids products! There's always a chance you could be featured!
